Forms aren't finished. I think that the iconbar.com problem is also form

Yeah, I noticed this one ;->.

The problem is that the column has a fixed width, but one line doesn't fit
into that width. I guess the best solution is to ignore the given width in
these cases, but it will slow things down because the minimum widths will
have to be calculated.

$ lynx -dump -head http://banners.iconbar.com/banner.php?action=redirect
HTTP/1.1 302 Found
Date: Thu, 02 Jan 2003 17:36:01 GMT
Server: Apache-AdvancedExtranetServer/1.3.23
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.1.2
Location: ./index.php
Content-Encoding: gzip
Vary: Accept-Encoding
Content-Length: 26
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html

It's a redirect - not implemented yet (and Location should be an absolute
URL according to the specs ;-> ).
