Yes. Vivado was killed.

Adding a 16GB swapfile helped.

# dd if=/dev/zero of=/home/swapfile0 bs=1M count=16384 conv=sync
# mkswap /home/swapfile0
# chmod 600 /home/swapfile0
# swapon /home/swapfile0
