Hello Francesco,

VC707 is indeed very similar to KC705 although we do not have a VC707 in 
pin_plan.xdc is one of the things you need to change.
The other issues related to the IPs.
Currently I think there is not much besides changing board from KC705 to 
VC707 in the configuration.
All on-FPGA IPs are automatically generated by the script/make_project.tcl
You need to change the board/FPGA definition to VC707 in this script and 
have a try.
There might be other issues which I cannot see right now.
