I have just realised that we approached this problem the wrong way. If 
we want to minimise disruption to Baserock users, but also want to use 
libyaml and a C YAML parser if possible, we should merge libyaml to 
baserock:baserock/morphs now, so that we can use it Morph after the next 
release -- right?
