The search file remains blank when entering data but it does respond to
what has been inserted.
No I do not get each days build unless I see a major
upgrade/improvement and some days I do not log on.
Firstly, when reporting problems, please try to follow the guidelines
laid out in the "Reporting Bugs" section of http://netsurf.sf.net/info
This makes everyone's lives easier and reduces the amount of time the
developers have to deal with reports of problems which have already been
It's also worth noting that more than one build may occur each day
(depending on how much development goes on) so it helps if you state the
time the version you are using was build along with the date. All this
information is available in the version field of the about box accessed
from the iconbar menu.
I appreciate that those on dialup may not want to download each and every
version, nor do I expect them to do so. However, I don't think that it's
unreasonable to expect that you've tried it on the latest available
version at the time.
In the case of the problem you've reported, it was fixed by 20:02 GMT on
20th July according to the CVS log.
