Hi Folks,
I may have I done something wrong but the previous page and next page
buttons in the history don't seem to work any more.
7th of Nov and the latest 20th Nov 20:45 editions.

As you were, oops! I was looking at my own site which is, I think they
call it, forwarding in a frame where the headline URL stays the same for
all the pages. When the URL does change I can use the back and forward
buttons.
I'm sure that it worked before when I went to a different page but the
headline URL did not change? Perhaps not?

As you were, oops! I was looking at my own site which is, I think they
call it, forwarding in a frame where the headline URL stays the same for
all the pages. When the URL does change I can use the back and forward
buttons.

You've hit one of the various reasons why frames are a Bad Thing:

There are no frames on my actual site but the whole site is in a frame
from the redirect from my domain name to my ISP.
The previous and next buttons work OK with Oregano, Firefox and IE.

Probably more by luck than anything else -- frame-based redirection is
still nasty.

I've put a target ="_top" on every link on the index page so now the
previous and next buttons work with Netsurf. :o))

Either using the real domain, or having the other domain redirect normally
(if you visit the URL below, you'll find yourself on a FreeUK website --
unless I change my ISP, of course). Neither look as good as frame-based
redirection; in the end, it's down to your priorities.
