I think that this has been there for quite a long time. It only
to me every so often. I find downloading again usually allows a dragging
of the file to a directory. There doesn't seem to be a set of specific
circumstances which produce it.
I've noticed this too, but I just thought that it was broken in certain
versions and the next one. I hadn't realised that it works sometimes and
not other times using the same version.
Hope it gets fixed soon, it's a pain typing in the full pathname.
