Dear NetSurf developers,
Just noticed a consistent failure when using:
Icon bar icon | MENU | Open | Show Global History ^F7 |
expand "Today" and click on a recent page.
Some of the most recent cause NetSurf to fail immediately.
I attach the log.

On the RiscPC, I am stuck with a version of NetSurf that can use the
IConv module version 0.04, because 0.09 gives "Failed reading Aliases
file". What can I do about this?

Not sure where you got 0.09 as 0.07 appears the latest.
What can I do about this?
Read the Iconv download page linked to from the main download page:
<URL:http://netsurf.sourceforge.net/iconv/> and then read the same
'Installation instructions' in the ReadMe inside the iconv archive.
You probably only did part 1 of a two-part installation process
(remember to also merge the !Boot).
You can also go to the list archive at
<URL:http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.netsurf.devel> and search to
see how many other people didn't read (and fully carry out) the
instructions.

There's no such version - 0.07 is the latest.

Follow the second step of Iconv's installation instructions.
