If you go to page: http://www.dft.gov.uk/ActOnCO2/index.php?q=tips_and_advice you'll notice (I hope) that some of the menu items on the left have black text on a black background. The similar page: http://www.dft.gov.uk/ActOnCO2/index.php?q=online_game is OK. If you not do a full save of the former page is displays correctly from disc. Any idea what's causing it? Why would it be any different off disc? The page has 74 validation errors which may or may not be relevant.
