That's what it said. The 210MB figure, however, is probably more accurate
when you consider the amount of memory needed to process the graphic
between formats.
Or, alternately, the memory difference between converting to a 256 colour
(8-bit) sprite as opposed to a 16 million colour (32-bit) sprite.
