I've had a very similar problem using WebJames. I've been meaning to
report it on the WJ list, but I wanted to narrow it down if possible.
Like you, I wasn't totally sure where the problem lay, but I suspect
WebJames might be the place to start looking (and hence might be a
more fruitful home for this query).
Um ... are you using any redirections in WJ's attributes file?
Nope. WJ's main task on my network is as the generator of a homepage
for all browsers. And to act as a test server for websites.
As you've probably noticed from John-Mark's reply to
my posting, it was
down to the filetype of the CSS file being "text" &FFF rather than
"CSS" &F79. Change that and the problem goes away.
All the most annoying problems are simple once you know the answers.
