I don't think it would be worth automatically posting here every time
there is a new build. When there is a developer working on something
there may be new builds every 15 minutes for a couple of hours.
The download page has the date of the latest build. There is also a
commits mailing list which has which is automatically posted to
whenever something is checked into the NetSurf project.
Alternatively you could use an RSS reader, such as James Bursa's
Sargasso*, to keep track of updates. Just point Sargasso (or another
RSS feed viewer) at http://cia.navi.cx/stats/project/NetSurf/.rss
