Doing a lot of forms input yesterday I discovered that there is an
unfortunate weakness in Netsurf cache. If a URI contains post data when
sent, a subsequent request for the same URI with the same post data does
not necessarily resolve to the same document when the server responds - due
to state changes in the underlying application. Netsurf notes the same
URI/post-data combination and serves from the cache.
Doing a re-load does retrieve the intended document however.
Perhaps either document including post data should not be cached or a
query to the user made whether to use a cached copy (because it might be
out of date!) or not. Just a suggestion!
