Sounds like you ran NetSurf, and either deleted its
resources while it was running, or maybe allowed another
copy of NetSurf to boot (which could set the resources
path elsewhere from the version that's running) and then
deleted the other copy of NetSurf.
If the latter is the case, double clicking the !NetSurf
that's running should reset things correctly.
Otherwise, I'd try again with a fresh download. There
certainly shouldn't be a problem that would cause this.
Did a fresh download - it is now r10638, unpacked, then
rebooted the machine and ran the NetSurf: this works as
normal.
