It seems to be some form of anti-Wget thing. Anything that returns a
User-Agent that isn't in the form of "Mozilla/x.y (<anything>)" gets
blank page or a redirect to pir.org
It seems a lot of browsers use a User-Agent string of this format - IE,
Firefox, Acorn Browse, Oregano.. This seems to be something of an "unwritten
Spoofing is evil, everyone eventually sets it to IE to access some
crap site and never bother to change it back. All site owners then think they
only have to bother about IE, and the web stays broken.
