Thanks. Problem now sorted. Not sure what happened there though, because
!Unicode and iconv were both installed ok.
The error message is evidence to the contrary. The Iconv module you
had installed came with an appropriate !Unicode with a
!Unicode.Files.Aliases. You may have only synced the !System directory
of both machines without updating the !Unicode.
I imagine that's the kind of thing that customers do which annoys ISP
support people.
