Is it possible to display pages at greater then 100% scaled views as
a startup option? I mean, have NetSurf display at 160% as normal.
I can't see as way to do this in Iconbar=>Choices.

It can be done manually in !BOOT.Choices.WWW.NetSurf.Choices in using
the 'scale' entry.
Alternatively, set the scale in a window and then
menu->Display->Save as default
