Sometimes when I've got several NetSurf windows/services open, eg a
download or two in progress and a page fetch or two in progress, I'd
like to be able to temporarily pause or slow-down some of the longer
running fetches to give priority to others. For example if there's a
huge download happening it'd be nice to suspend that while grabbing a
In my own version of AntiSpam I introduced a slow-down feature that
allows mail scan/fetch to get less cpu time to favour other apps, and I
find this very useful. In that app there's a progress window and in it
I have bump arrows allowing a 0/10/20/30/40/50/100/200/300/400/500 cS
delay to be inserted into the main wimp poll loop. Obviously normally
it runs with no delay at all.
Any chance of something similar, per window/fetch in NetSurf?
