Possibly the rest was stripped off when I saved it. I didn't type the
above in - it was saved to my post from the URI saver bit. See below.
Note the invalid whitespace between "default" and
"browser" in the

I'm fairly sure that this isn't the cause, as NetSurf gets
sent to the
above URL, too (and then fails, because the URL is invalid). The fix for
this is non-trivial, to the best of my knowledge.
With that whitespace there, it would explain a lot of the above.
