By which you mean:

No, when you quit the log is still there. When NetSurf runs it
a new log, overwriting the previous one.
I have an obey file on my Pinboard which contains:
Copy <Wimp$ScrapDir>.WWW.NetSurf.Log <Transient$TodayDir>.NSLog ~C F~V
When double clicked, copies the NS log to my !Transient Dir of the day.
