[Netsurf-develop] Summary of changes to 2006-05-07

Here's a summary of changes in the two weeks ending Sunday: * Many documentation additions and fixes. * Fix crash when saving a selection after the window's content has changed. * Interactive help for configuration windows and global history menus. * Fix crash when no Choices file is present. * Add shortcuts Ctrl-R (full reload), Ctrl-Shift-W and Ctrl-Shift-Q (scale out/in by 10%). * Fix position of floats after a fixed height block.
