This indicates that NetSurf incorrectly request the above URL which
has an additional "http://" prefixed.
Is it just me or a general, known bug?
I haven't seen any reply yet. Can I assume that the problem does only
occur for me? How am I supposed to use NetSurf with FTP URLs?
