Well the other frontends use the Choices values window_x, window_y,
window_width, window_height for their initial window placement. These
values overridden on the command line combined with the url to open
should do what you need?
For example:
./nsgtk --window_x 100 --window_y 200 --window_width 200
--window_height 200

sounds promising. a look at file:///choices:www/netsurf/choices shows
that the RO version does indeed use the same names for these values.
but i don't know what our equivalent of your ./nsgtk command would
be. in fact i don't think i've ever heard of RO commandline calls to
Netsurf before.
