Just out of idle curiosity, really: why do I get the hourglass
changing from normal to tiny and back again when NetSurf is
downloading a page? I've only noticed this for the last two or three

I had not noticed this either.
It is 'ptr_progress' from !NetSurf.Resources.Sprites
