Can't Quit NetSurf in Framebuffer
by Ario K
Hello again!
Thanks to all of you for kindly answering my dumb questions. I solved the
font issue but I have yet another problem now. I just can't close NetSurf in
Frambebuffer. I press Ctrl + X, Esc, Ctrl + Q, and many others but nothing
works. Furthermore, I've haven't been able to find a reference to NetSurf
Framebuffer shortcuts yet. The Online Guide is just for RISC OS or Amiga.
That's all,
Thank you,

NetSurf and LTSB
by Dave Symes
I see the activation button in the LloydsTSB Memorable info entry page has
vanished again when used in NS.
For those among us who use LTSB, the link is still there but it is
invisible.
Move the mouse pointer a tiny bit above and along the green bottom outline
line towards the right hand end while watching the status bar (Bottom of
NS window) and you'll see when you've found it, click as per usual on it,
and Bob's yer...

Change Font in NetSurf Framebuffer
by Ario K
Hello there,
Thanks to John I finally got NetSurf Framebuffer working in my Debian
machine. It's truly amazing! I've been searching for a proper CLI web
browser for a long time. However the default font (which happens to be the
default font of my console) is less than perfect. I want to change it
without changing the font of console. I've googled and read your website
documentation but they are all for RISC OS. Would you please tell me how can
I change NetSurf font?

libnsfb issue
by Ario K
Friendly Greetings,
I've been trying to compile NetSurf for Linux frambuffer but the libnsfb is
giving me nightmares. libnsfb seems to be a broken package with lots of
files (like SDL.h or xcb files) missing. I downloaded many of the missing
files but it still wants more. Currently the error message is like this:

gmane interface to Netsurf mailing list
by Harriet Bazley
Some time ago, someone on the Netsurf mentioned that he had set up his
system to read the mailing list using NewsHound via the gmane news
server, i.e. as the newsgroup gmane.comp.netsurf.user
It took me some time to get round to trying this, but I did and it
works. Unfortunately I can't locate the original message to find out
what he then did about posting to the group! I seem to recall that he
did mention it....
The mailing list gateway is a one-way setup (in this case), so in order
to reply to a 'news' posting in this group the reply has to be e-mailed
back to the mailing list submission address instead: is there any way
of setting up the group in Messenger to do this?

netsurf as a library
by Ash Shevlyakov
Greetings,
I have a question on embedding netsurf in my application.
Basically, I need to render html and css and then display it as a
picture, so I think only layout engine will be necessary. I'd prefer
to use netsurf as a library, is this possible?
thanks in advance
