The Museum of Bath at Work has a website, the URL of which has changed over
The old URL still works with Netsurf.
However, the following new one given in their literature does not.
I get the error message "transfer closed with outstanding read data

Both these latter URLs work OK in Phoenix, Oregano2 & Browse with WebServe on
my RiscPC & Firefox on my PC so it must be a glitch peculiar to Netsurf.
Can anyone replicate this behaviour?
Any ideas about what is going on?

The reason for swapping fonts (assuming that other people mean by that
what I do, of course) is the same as the reason for organising files
into directories, or any other form of subdivision: once you get beyond
a relatively small number of items in a given group, having them *all*
displayed simultaneously actually makes it harder to locate and pick the
one you want. Having fonts organised into different groups and
swapping them in and out according to what you actually happen to be
doing makes them quicker and easier to select, that's all -- and
applications like Draw+, which fail to respond to an updated Font$Path
but rely on scanning all the currently swapped-in fonts on start-up and
have to be quit and restarted before you can make any others available,
then become a source of irritation.

On www.lemonde.fr the text under the photos doesn't display correctly.
You can also see that most of the time, the first horizontal line of pixels
is missing in the texts.
Special query : is it possible to get an highlighted 'New directory'
when I create
one in the 'Favorites' menu ?
Having to delete first to then type the right name worries me.
Does anyone else find this, and is it worth a bug report?
In www.google.co.uk the formatting isn't right for me (RISC OS 5.14,

As it is possibly not of major interest to most users I have
not said anything publicly until now, but since NetSurf has
become so much more usable since early this year, maybe this
is now the time to draw people's attention to it.

Is anyone else having this problem: when I go to the bug tracker there
doesn't seem to be any login link on the page although it does appear
in the page source? I need to go to /account/login.php to log in, and
then go back to the bugs page. If I click "Remember me" it doesn't.
Also I can't upload a file and attach a comment at the same time. This
new tracker is a disaster. It's a classic case of "It ain't broke so
we'll chuck it out and invent something far worse".
