Unknown SSL protocol
by John Williams (address)
Sometime after r8950 - 1st Aug 2009, accessing my French bank results in
this error at the password box appearing stage:
Sorry, NetSurf was unable to display this page
Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to
voscomptesenligne.labanquepostale.fr:443
- so something changed after that version.

make clean; make, as discussed in Docs/BUILDING-GTK. Please ensure you
have read, and understood this, as it provides answers for most of the
questions you have asked so far.

LloydsTSB
by Geoffrey Baxendale
Hi,
LloydsTSB has recently stopped working for me after years of trouble
free operation. I don't think it's Netsurf as V2.1 doesn't work either.
I suspect they have loaded their site with Javascript or it's a Browser
detection problem. Having said that Organo2 works OK. Try:
https://online.lloydstsb.co.uk/account.ibc or try loging on from the
home page.
Comes up with some strange error message.
Anybody know how to get in touch with their web people?
On the other hand; Is it me? Finger trouble again?

Netsurf compilation error
by Moutusi De
Hi All,
I am trying to build netsurf-2.1(I believe this stable release) source
code in linux with gtk.
I am getting following error:
netsurf/css/css.c:1539: undefined reference to `css_parser_Alloc'
netsurf/css/css.c:1552: undefined reference to `css_parser_'
netsurf/css/css.c:1556: undefined reference to `css_tokenise'
netsurf/css/css.c:1574: undefined reference to `css_parser_Free'
netsurf/desktop/save_pdf/pdf_plotters.c:484: undefined reference to
`HPDF_Image_AddSMask'
netsurf/desktop/save_pdf/pdf_plotters.c:423: undefined reference to
`HPDF_LoadJpegImageFromMem'
Along with that I am getting undefined reference for gtk calls, like
netsurf/gtk/dialogs/gtk_about.c:74: undefined reference to
`gtk_about_dialog_set_url_hook' etc.
I have installed gtk+( version 2.18) and libharu-2.1.0.
Could anyone please let me know how to resolve this ?
Thanks,
Moutusi

LloydsTSB
by Dave Symes
Interesting stuff...
Yesterday Fay's NetSurf worked okay with LTSB, today it presented the
known message.
NetSurf on this machine is still loggin on to LTSB okay as is the version
installed on VRPC Adjust-SA on the XP box next to me.
BTW. On this machine I have a number of .co.uk cookies.
Cleared out her Cookies and now LTSB is okay on her machine.
Strange business...

Problem with fbhvc site
by Richard Porter
I've noticed a problem with the search box on the site
http://www.fbhvc.co.uk/ . It appears at the top right of most pages. I
can't enter any text into the box and when I click the "Go" button it
just returns to the same page. I can't see an obvious reason though I
guess it's css/js related. The search is OK on Oregano 1.10.
I'll await comments here before raising a bug report.
