Default magnification

As font sizes greater than the default don't work, how do I set 140% as
the default Scale view for all pages?
Do I detect another Choices config coming up? Or can a default
magnification be added to Font sizes?

Running out of memory

When I click on the following link I get an error about NetSurf running out
of memory and to free some and try again, so it doesn't display anything.
Tried from a fresh boot with 512MB memory in machine.

Web site downloads section

The NetSurf web site's downloads section has been restructured to
accommodate other operating systems.

The RISC OS section looks pretty much like the old downloads section used
to look, although the RiscPKG package information has been moved to the
bottom of the development builds page and there are a few other tweaks.
Since things have moved around quite a bit, please let us know if you find
any broken links.
