Anyone using AAISP
by Phil
Hi, is anyone using AAISP as their ISP, if so are you able to log into
your account pages using recent versions of Netsurf?
Thanks

Rendering spaces
by Richard Torrens
I have noticed that Netsurf doesn't always render spaces.
For instance
http://hometown.aol.com/edwardgermandisc/1960HMVme.html
Crap html, every word/space is separately <font etc> </font.> e.g. a
fonted space:
<font face='Arial,Helvetica,adobe-helvetica,Arial Narrow' size=2
color='#000000'> </font>
But I think that should be rendered as a space?
I have seen this lack of spaces in other pages.

Netsurf Hunger - for memory
by Keith Hopper
Hi,
Is there something wrong with Netsurf's memory usage?? Yesterday I
sent for a document - which came in at 20Mb - onlt to find Netsurf taking
over 127Mb of memory before anything displayed. When I eventually closed
the window containing the document, Netsurf took another 4Mb of memory -
and held on to the lot!
Surely there is something wrong here?!?!?

Difficult site
by Dave Higton
Could one or two of you please try
http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Calls.aspx/0/m
I've tried this with yesterday's and today's versions of NetSurf,
and it loads about 183 KB (in 3.6 seconds here), then goes into a
loop which, if not infinite, is at least several minutes long and
during which the timer isn't incrementing.
If it isn't a one-off caused by something I've done (e.g my
programming activities this evening causing some problem!) then
I'll report it on the bug tracker.

Netsurf and RiscPkg
by Geoffrey Baxendale
Hi,
Is it me, or has something gone wrong with RiskPkg or Netsurf's package
info? When I try to use it to update Netsurf, "Update" produces the
usual green bar, but then "Upgrade" doesn't flag up Netsurf to be
updated and "Commit" doesn't download anything.
It has always worked before, except when the address changed a few weeks
ago, but I sorted that.

This is a known issue. The machine that builds the package recently had
to be reinstalled, and it is missing some software needed to produce the
package.
It will be fixed when the administrator of that machine has the time.
