I'm getting the "2illegal control character - printing cancelled" error when trying to print a page from Netsurf (r4061) using RISC OS 5.13. Can anybody tell me what to do exactly to rectify this? Andrew --

Hotlist problems

SA RPC Adjust 4.39 NetSurf 1.1 A couple of weeks ago all the entries in my Hotlist below the root entrie, disappeared, so I repoaded them. Today all my Hotlist disappeared, and the icon in the icon-bar is now grey. If I click on the Hotlist file in !Boot.choices.Users.Single.WWW.NetSurf I get a NetSurf window saying, "Empty Document, The document sent by the server is empty" Any help or suggestions please? -- Richard Sutherland-Smith 19 Webb Road, Wanganui 4500, NZ

Bug reported, can't attach log.

This is a copy of what I've just posted on the bug tracker: This is with RISC OS 5.13 and NetSurf 2.0 (Dev) (25 Mar 2008 11:45) r4049. Any attempt to export www.bbc.co.uk as Draw crashes NetSurf (logfile attempted to be attached), and then crashes every other running app with the "Application seems to have gone wrong" message. The reset button is the only way out. Any other sites that I have tried will save OK. As usual, I can't submit the log file (570K when squashed). To whom should I e-mail it? It's not particularly high on the list of things to fix (not least as we're replacing the HTML parser, anyway). John.

NetSurf not displaying properly

Following on from someone the other day who said that NetSurf is not displaying pages correctly, I've found another one. http://www.drobe.co.uk/features/artifact1034.html and all the comment disappear from 'md0u80c9's comment downwards. Oddly, saving the source code to hard disc and then double-clicking on it, views perfectly ok.... I'd better file a bug report. :-) (NetSurf 22 Mar 2008 14:00 build)
