[Netsurf-develop] problem with text box
by Jess Hampshire
Hi
I've just found that doing a second search on google doesn't always
work. After modifying the contents of the entry field for search and
submitting the original search is returned (or sometimes a corrupted
version).
(I updated to 12 jul version with no change.)

[Netsurf-develop] hotlist icon & mouse clicks
by Jeremy C B Nicoll
With 14th July build, !Help tells me that select click on the hotlist
tool icon will add the current address to the hotlist and adjust will
open the hotlist window. It seems to work the other way around though.

by Stefaan Claes
Hello,
It is still not possible to scroll horizontally. When will this be
implemented? Just curious. ;-)

[Netsurf-develop] Hotlist request
by Fred Bambrough
Minor really but would it be possible to add a Hotlist item to the iconbar
menu to save having to open a window first?
Oh and put me out of my misery. What is the last icon on the hotlist
toolbar for?

[Netsurf-develop] Parsing the document failed
by glavallin
Hello All
I get this error on the site http://www.jessops.com/shop.cfm
if I select for example the Nikon Coolpix 3100 the error comes up
(I assume parsing is something to do with the text being chopped off)
Test build 11 Jul @ 00.30
I hope this is easy to resolve

When reporting a problem, best to state the version of Netsurf you're using
and TempDir?

As do I. ;-)

Works fine with Netsurf Test Build (10 Jul 2004 02:45) and TempDir V1.38
on RISC OS Select 4.29.

Please wait, the format is still liable to change significantly.
I don't know much about BookMaker, but having both it and NetSurf modifying
the same hotlist file does not seem ideal to me. For example, NetSurf keeps
the list in memory, and only writes it on exit, so any changes that BookMaker
made meanwhile would be lost.
I think a better solution would be for the user to specify if they want to use
the built-in hotlist or an external application such as BookMaker. In the
second case, NetSurf would simply send the appropriate messages
(HotlistAddURL and HotlistShow), and BookMaker could store the list
internally in some private format. Does this sound reasonable to you?

[Netsurf-develop] info in page's status bar
by Jeremy C B Nicoll
..sometimes seems a little odd eg saying things like:
Received xxx kB of yyy kB (517%)
(or whatever). Why, where do the numbers come from, and how is it
possible for the xxx amount to exceed the yyy amount?
