Ok, as per the plotter API refactor "plan" I present the first move to using a style with the fill primative. This is a first step, next I shall merge the outline rectangle functionality and create the target single "rectangle" entry point. I have slightly modified the style API to have a general raster operation enum for both the stroke and the fill.
