We usually don't need much more than 30 or 45 minutes to set up, as our stand is significantly less swish than many others - it mostly consists of us, a computer, and a large NetSurf banner that we put up or use as a tablecloth. This is also pretty small on space requirements, although some of us aren't as small as we used to be. :) We aim to arrive around an hour before the show opens, however.
