I find that hard to believe, unless there's something you've omitted to
tell us about exactly what you were doing to provoke the issue you saw.
Harriet's issue was very specifically to do with launching items from
the Hotlist so, if you were doing anything else, then it's almost
certain that your problem isn't actually fixed.
I was trying to launch items from the hotlist.
