That link doesn't exist locally. I think it might be the same
for the
other languages too (although the German one seems to be pulling
*everything* from netsurf-browser.org, which I'm not sure is right
either)

I forgot to remove the favicons when I pulled in the online pages.
Fixed the logo image URL for non-English versions too.
We still need to sort out how loading the best language variant is going
to work.
