Is libharu still required elsewhere by other frontends, or should this be
done by disabling the use of the library in the Makefile since the menu
entry is conditional on that being enabled?
I've disabled it for all frontends. This seemed sensible given that it's
completely useless at present. Fixing core printing will require a
complete rethink about how it works.
