NetSurf 3.10 features many fixes, better performance

You will need to implement the page_info corewindow, along with supporting
the browser padlock rendering via browser_window_get_page_info_state()
triggered from the GW_EVENT_PAGE_INFO_CHANGE event sent to the event callback
in the gui_window_table. If you're not implementing this stuff then your users
are missing out on a lot of important state information which informs them
of things like the security status of the page they're on.
You can use monkey, gtk, or (soon) riscos as guides for how to do this.
