We've now implemented all the features we wanted for version 1.0 :)

So we can concentrate on bug fixing now, unless anyone has an important
feature that should be in 1.0.

Hi,
I've recently thrown together a port of the Gtk+ version of NetSurf to
the Hildon Application Framework, which is part of Nokia's "Maemo"
Linux distribution, as used on their 770 and N800 Internet Tablets:

A rough outline of what I did to get it integrated into the desktop is here:

The untidy build tree (which should be suitable for svn diff) is here:
http://bleb.org/software/770/netsurf-build+source.tar.gz (12MB)
A Nokia 770 binary (not well packaged, or easy to use) is below. It
doesn't work on the N800 yet, probably due to an unnecessary library
dependency:
http://bleb.org/software/770/netsurf-build.tar.gz (2.5MB)
There's a rather large stumbling block in that by drawing form entry
fields directly, extra work is needed to hook it into the onscreen
keyboard. The Mozilla port's suffered the same problem, so it should
be possible to copy how they've done it.
I'll try and find time to tidy up (#ifdef) the appropriate components
and submit a patch.
Comments welcome.
Cheers,
Andrew
