A normal devel system is hundreds (literally over 200) chunks and it includes a
lot of stuff which has delicate interoperation such as gobject-introspection.
The idea of this minimal cross-bootstrap system is to encapsulate the minimum
number of chunks needed to be built in the non-standard manner in order to be
able to run up morph and deploy to a trove, so that we can then build cleanly.
